Whether you are coming to Seattle on a romantic getaway, a business trip, or as part of a family vacation, you will find our private cottage to be a welcome alternative to typical hotel lodging.

Enjoy the cottage and hot tub all to yourselves. No sharing with other guests at Olympic View Cottage which is what makes it a truly unique experience.
REDUCED WINTER RATES through March 1, 2012. $180/nt vs. $195. 2 night minimum. Excludes Feb 10 and 11, 2012. Excl. tax. (Please mention at booking.)
Cottage Rate: $165 (1 guest) - $195 (2 guests)
Summer Rate: $195 - $225. May 1 - Sep 30.
Prices exclude 9.5% Washington state sales tax. No other hidden charges or fees.
2-night minimum stay required: Sept. 1 through May 28.
3-night weekend minimum stay required: May 29 through Sept 2.
Special rates for Extended stay. Please inquire.
Check-in is anytime after 3:00 p.m. Check-out is anytime before 11 a.m. Special arrangements can be made prior to arrival by phone or e mail.
Children are welcome; however, please note there is only a partial wall dividing the living area and bedroom. Children over the age of 4 years – there is a $25 charge.
Reservations: 50% Deposit required to secure your reservation.
Accepted payment methods: VISA, MasterCard, personal check or cash.
Gift Certificates are available.
No Smoking inside cottage.
No pets.
Cancellation Policy:
Deposits are refundable, less $35 cancellation fee, provided you cancel a minimum of 21 days prior to your arrival date. Refunds on cancellations made less that 21 days prior to your arrival will only be made if the cottage is rented. If the reservation date cannot be filled, 50% of the total days reserved will be forfeited, plus $35 processing fee. “NO SHOWS” will result in forfeiture of the entire amount due.
